Walla Walla Food Truck Night

It was all

a dream.

About Walla Walla Food Truck Night

The Walla Walla Food Truck Night began its journey at Bacon & Eggs, a cozy spot near Downtown Walla Walla, in a tiny parking lot where local food vendors came together to share their culinary creations with the community. What started as a small, simple gathering of food trucks quickly became a beloved tradition, but as the event grew, so did the need for more space.

In 2014, it relocated to The Incubators near the Walla Walla Airport, where it continued to grow, maintaining its focus on local food and bringing together a handful of food vendors. At this point, the event was still simple—no music, just food. It was a community-driven effort, fueled by passion and a collective desire to support each other.

In 2017, the event moved again, this time to Burwood Brewing Co., where it expanded further to include live music, special guests, and more activities to celebrate the community’s vibrant culture. The event’s small business-run, volunteer-powered model has always remained the heart of the celebration, with local entrepreneurs working together to create a platform for growth and connection.

The Walla Walla Food Truck Night is more than just a food event; it has become a movement of resilience, connection, and support, all while keeping the focus on the unique flavors and spirit of Walla Walla. With its roots deeply planted in community collaboration, it’s a night where food lovers, neighbors, visitors, and local organizations come together to celebrate the best of the region’s culinary scene.

As we continue this tradition, we’re proud to say that the event has grown into a true celebration of community, all while staying committed to keeping it local—a movement that uplifts and strengthens us all.
